1. Data controller
HDinfokft (operating the HDstudio brand), Budapest, Hungary. Email: kft@hdinfó.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 (Info Act).
2. What we collect
Project inquiry form: name, email, company, budget, project details. Casting form: name, email, age range, location, portfolio/social links and your message. Brief Studio: the campaign description you type in. We also process basic technical data (IP address, browser) needed to deliver the website securely.
3. Why and on what legal basis
To answer your inquiry and prepare offers (steps before a contract — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); to review casting applications (your consent — Art. 6(1)(a)); to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. AI brief generation
Text you enter into the Brief Studio is sent to an AI model provider to generate your brief. It is not used to identify you. Please don't enter sensitive personal data there.
4a. Performance report
Only if you allow "Anonymous performance metrics" in the cookie settings, your browser sends page speed numbers: the metric name (e.g. load time, LCP, CLS), its value, whether you use a phone or desktop, the page path and the time. No name, IP address, cookie ID or device ID is stored with it, so it can't be linked to you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it any time via "Cookie settings". We keep these numbers for up to 12 months.
4b. AI headshot check
When you use the AI headshot check, your photo is shrunk in your own browser and sent once over an encrypted connection to an AI model provider, which returns written feedback on lighting, framing and image quality. The photo is not saved — not on our servers, not in our database, and the provider is used under a zero-data-retention setting. It is not used to identify you or for any other purpose. Legal basis: your consent by uploading (Art. 6(1)(a)). Please only upload photos of yourself.
5. Processors
We use trusted service providers for hosting, database and AI processing. They act only on our instructions and under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
Client inquiries: up to 2 years after last contact. Casting submissions: up to 2 years, or until you withdraw consent. Technical logs: up to 30 days.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing kft@hdinfó.com. We reply within 30 days.
8. Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, www.naih.hu, or go to court.
9. Minors
If you are under 16, please apply to casting only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
